FinnBrukerForID

Henter brukernavn+passord koblet til angitt ID i RS Autorisasjon.
Returnerer liste for bruker(e).
TypeID = 'P' - Søker bruker på PersonID.
TypeID = 'F' - Søker PersonID via Fødselsnummer (hvis fnr ikke finnes i DB, søkes det på PersonID
